What file formats do I need?
We can accept almost any file format! However if possible, our graphics team does prefer Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Vector file formats.
Who comes up with the design?
The truth? You! All we need is a general sense of direction of how you'd like your product to look like. Our graphics team is destined to take your design the next step further.
How to make a revision?
You're welcome to use one of the following. Responding to the email with the proof and quote or by using the "Ask for revisions" button on our website when viewing a proof!
How do I apply my tax exemption?
Upon time of checkout, once you have applied your shipping address you will see an area named "Tax Exemption". Please select your assigned entity, type your tax exemption number, and upload the documentation.
Why am I being charged sales tax?
We currently collect state sales tax to the following states. FL, MD, GA, HI, WA, VA, AZ, CO, and NC. (Please note these are subject to change as time goes by.)
Is my quote tax free?
The short answer? No. All quotes do not have sales tax applied as we do not collect sales tax to every state. If you are not tax exempt, sales tax will be automatically calculated upon time of checkout!
How do I apply my APO/FPO/DPO address?
Please use the following format for the post office:

Why is my order shipping to Orlando/Winter Park, FL?
All shipments for APO/FPO/DPO are required to make a pit stop at our office in FL. The shipping team will repackage coins for USPS shipping once received.
I thought shipping was free?
  • Shipping to the 50 states of the United States of America is free. (Alaska and Hawaii Included)
  • Shipping to any of the territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, USVI, etc) will require additional shipping costs.
  • Shipping to a APO/FPO/DPO address will require additional shipping costs.
  • Shipping to a International address will require additional shipping costs. (Import Fees, Taxes & Duties may apply to receiver)
How long are molds kept for?
We keep molds on file for 2 years time. If you reorder in that timeframe, no molds will be applied to your order. (Molds expirations dates can be reset from your latest purchase.)
Where are the coins produced?
Production is primarily conduced overseas in China or Bangladesh. We do offer US domestic production as well. This is available upon request!
How do I expedite my order?
Manufacturing timeline for our overseas facilities is 18-21 business days. If you require quicker services, please inquire about our domestic production line. We can have have orders produce within 2 weeks or sooner!*
